Imodium LiquiRelief contains the active ingredient loperamide hydrochloride. It is clinically indicated for the effective, short-term relief of acute diarrhoea. The liquid-filled soft capsules are designed to be easily swallowed and work by slowing down an overactive bowel, helping to restore normal rhythm and allowing the body to absorb more water and essential salts.

Who Can Use Imodium LiquiRelief?
This medicine is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over.

Directions for Use & Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take two capsules (4mg) initially, followed by one capsule (2mg) after every subsequent loose bowel movement.
- Administration: Swallow the capsules whole with a drink of water.
- Maximum Dose: Do not take more than 5 capsules in any 24-hour period.
- Duration of Treatment: Do not take this medication for longer than 48 hours. If your symptoms persist after 2 days, stop taking the capsules and consult your GP.
