Directions for Use:
- Safe for children aged 2 years plus
- Mix one packet with warm distilled, micro-filtered, or previously boiled water in the custom rinse bottle Never use unboiled tap water.
- Have your child stand or lean forward comfortably over a sink, keeping their head upright. Place the soft bottle tip snugly against one nostril. Squeeze the bottle gently with smooth, controlled pressure so the solution flows through the nasal passage and drains out the opposite nostril or mouth. Encourage your child to blow their nose gently to clear remaining fluid and mucus. Repeat for the other nostril until the prepared solution is finished.
